By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information

Indonesia Exclusive is a luxury travel agency specializing in curated and tailor-made journeys across Indonesia.

All bookings and services are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (website inquiry form, email, or authorized representative).

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after:

    • Written confirmation from Indonesia Exclusive, and

    • Receipt of the required deposit payment.

  • Indonesia Exclusive reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (amount specified in your proposal) is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date, as specified in your invoice.

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

  • Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and based on current rates at the time of quotation.

  • Prices may change due to:

    • Government taxes

    • Currency fluctuations

    • Supplier rate changes

    • Fuel surcharges

Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price changes unless caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation by Client

Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and supplier policies:

  • Deposit may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellation close to departure date may result in partial or full charge.

  • Certain services (luxury resorts, private charters, special permits) may be strictly non-refundable.

Exact cancellation terms will be stated in your booking confirmation.

B. Cancellation by Indonesia Exclusive

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:

  • Force majeure

  • Safety concerns

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

In such cases, we will offer:

  • Alternative arrangements, or

  • Refund of unused services (excluding third-party non-refundable costs).

6. Changes & Amendments

  • Requests for changes must be submitted in writing.

  • Amendments are subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply.

Indonesia Exclusive is not responsible for costs resulting from missed flights, delays, or personal schedule changes.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the client.

Insurance should cover:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical emergencies

  • Evacuation

  • Personal belongings

  • Travel delays

Indonesia Exclusive is not liable for uninsured losses.

8. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

  • Visa requirements

  • Health documentation (if required)

  • Compliance with local regulations

Indonesia Exclusive is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

9. Liability & Responsibility

Indonesia Exclusive acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides).

We are not liable for:

  • Injury, illness, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity

  • Acts of third parties

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics)

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased services.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Civil unrest

  • Pandemics

11. Special Requests

Special requests (dietary, room preferences, celebrations, etc.) will be forwarded to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the website

  • Not to attempt unauthorized access

  • Not to copy or distribute content without permission

All website content (text, branding, images) is the intellectual property of Indonesia Exclusive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.
